With a clear mission to help others bring high-quality educational institutions to life, we provides strategic advisory, school development expertise, and capital guidance to support founders, investors, and school leaders at every stage.

Llana Reece

Llana Reece was the Founder and Director of ProEd Global School (Bali, Indonesia) establishing and scaling a two-campus international school serving KG–Grade 12 students across more than 40 nationalities. 

Llana is the Founder and Director of Reece Global Ventures (RGV), a firm focussed on strategic advisory, business development and financial advisory firm. We specialise in the research, design, development, operations of international schools. For Sponsors and School management, we are also focussed on overseeing, diagnosing problems, threats and opportunities for existing schools. With nearly 2 decades of experience in international education, Llana brings deep expertise across school strategy, governance, curriculum design, campus planning, and school operations. 

Through RGV, she works with founders, investors, boards, and leadership teams to take schools from concept to reality, and to strengthen existing schools through evidence-based diagnostics and targeted advisory support. We have worked extensively with Real Estate Developers who could come in as Partners for school projects
We provide these services across the SE Asian region and a strong focus on the localisation of the advice.

Under Llana’s leadership, RGV designs schools that are educationally robust, operationally sound, and commercially sustainable, while also supporting leadership teams to build strong culture, effective systems, and scalable structures. This holistic approach allows RGV to support clients from initial vision and feasibility through funding, launch, stabilisation, and long-term performance—ensuring schools are built not just to open, but to thrive.

Sanjeev Shah

Sanjeev is a successful professional with over 3 decades of experience across the following sectors: Education (School, Higher Ed, Edtech and Professional training), Sports management, Media and Investment Banking. Having worked with India’s largest companies in areas such as Corporate Strategy, Investment management, Board management and Governance, Strategic Business Development, Legal Strategy and Regulatory management, Corporate Finance, MnA (deal management), Budgeting, Business oversight and Strategic recruitment.

Sanjeev has worked on hundreds of transactions covering Investments and MnA and will be able to support RGV clients with his expertise.I have worked closely with Sanjeev for a few years now and I am confident that he will be extremely valuable in supporting the following deliverables on behalf of RGV

  • Strategy and GTM advisory (market scoping, data collection, MR, etc)
  • Support in Financial modelling (PnL, BS and CF)
  • Structuring of legal entities (with local inputs) with reference to transaction flows, extraction of value, royalties, RPTs, etc
  • Development of partnership thesis (Real Estate Developers, HNIs, Financial investors, etc)
  • Support in negotiations with counterparties for achieving financial closure
  • Overall PMO support
  • Developing metrics to track budgeting processes, financial orientation, RoE focus etc

Dara

Dara is a confident, highly organised, and knowledgeable Executive Assistant with extensive experience across the education and property development sectors in Bali and throughout Indonesia. She brings a strong understanding of local regulations, operational processes, and stakeholder management, enabling her to support executives with efficiency and insight. With a proactive approach and exceptional attention to detail, Dara consistently adds value by anticipating needs, streamlining operations, overall project management and ensuring projects move forward smoothly.
